This picture was captured on a recent trip to Payyambalam beach , Kannur ,Kerala. The beach is not very far from my house , yet it is not very often that I go there… It was such a beautiful evening and I simply loved watching the sunset ,and the magic it played with the colors of the sky and the white apartment buildings in one corner….The evening is gone , but this picture still remains to remind me , not to take any thing or place for granted… As they say , there is beauty in everything ,you only need the eyes to look for it….
I further edited this picture for various effects , and couldn’t choose between them all…So I am putting up the other versions too…Please do let me know which one suits you and your mood…!

Wow.. Payyambalam beach.. 🙂
Brings a lot many memories..!! Was there many, many a times..!!
Thanks for the photo…
& the original looks splendid..!! The distant blues, and the happy people around..!! 🙂
Basically a native of a place known as the birthplace of Aromal Chekavar, Thacholi Othenan and Unniyarcha; the legendary heroes of the Vadakkanpattu.. 🙂
But at present rested in the lap,
of the Queen of the Arabian Sea .. 😀 ..!!
This time the original is a stunner!!! Two friends chatting, some kids playing, some girls giggling..and the serene sky…soft splash of the waves…beautifully captured….No matter how many decorative building we build, nothing can match the beauty of nature…

The first picture is very beautiful! And the sepia toned one brings a feeling of nostalgia-suited to the theme.
