Oh this is wonderful ..!! I mean a love story of a boat and train..!!!
I liked the way you imagined; the way you brought the story.. A “he” and a “she” ..!!
A lot of hidden meaning; hinting that love could be felt by something lifeless !! Breaking the common dogma !! 🙂
Thank you so much Saya.. and glad you enjoyed it … I guess you are talking of Madagascar…Though I am great fan of Iceage too 😛 Yes.. that is nice to hear 🙂
whoa!! That is a cute interesting love story. Who would think a boat can fall in love with the train / who would think a simple chat can inspire such a love story. And it is interesting to note that the arc and smile are similar, and train is she and boat is he; she is free and he is tired down. So if you analyse and take it into another level, it is a powerful poem!
Wow…I loved your interpretation of my poem …thank you for delving so deep and giving it a whole new meaning .. 🙂 Glad you liked it , and thank you so much for your picture which initiated this poem , that I really had fun writing 😀
haha.. that is what happens with interpretations 😀 It gets newer meaning with every person.
I know that better, because of you ppl and the FFchain.
You’re welcome. You asked for that fun 😉
Thank you Ameena…but why the last line…? I think you should believe more in happy endings ! 😀 By the way , those were the lines of the boat , so I guess he is the ‘wise’ one 🙂
beautiful..awesome !! It felt like I was reading from some English verse book…similar to the poems we had to study in college…wont b surprised if the younger generation would have ur poems in their English texts ! 😉 good job !
Well written Sweety. Loved the theme and style

That final verse is the perfect ending! And it is so true as well, not all love stories have happy endings. That is one wise tree 😄😉
